In 2024, Exert Properties purchased 1000 square meters of land at LEKKI Foreshore Estate, Lekki Phase 1. This property will consist of four 20 unit two bedroom luxury flats and a stellar three bedroom penthouse. The project is named “Gained Heights” after our CEOs hometown “Urualla” which means “Gains of Land”. Urualla is located in Ideato North Local Government area, Imo State, Nigeria. Architectural drafts and approvals have been completed. Construction begins October 2025 with estimated projection completion by fourth quarter 2027.

In 2023 we bought a 2 bed luxury flat known as flat 2f on Signature Residence Plot 30 Ibiyinka Salvador Street lekki phase 1 lekki lagos nigeria. It is currently listed as a shortlet on AirBnB.

We bought this property to test the United States market in June/July 2023. The property had cosmetic damages from a contained fire. We were able to partner with some local contractors to bring back to life and completed the project in record time by December 2023. The property is currently being used as an Airbnb while also in the market for outright sales.

This was our inaugural project located at Vitoria Crest 2 Estate Orchid Lekki Lagos State Nigeria. It consists of 2 units of Full detached all Ensuite 4 bedroom duplexes with maids room. This was a master piece that was uniquely designed for upper middle class. It also has a 5 bedroom full detached duplexes with a maid room. This project was started in November 2021 and finished by May 2022. All units have been sold and our clients have been enjoying this luxury living with their families.

In December 2023 we acquired a land size of 282 square meters on Ukuta Close off Valley Crescent off Nza Street Independence Layout Enugu, Enugu State Nigeria for construction of our inaugural premium flats. We improved on the land by providing rain gutters and construction of 800m tarred road for easy access. We have placed this land for sale after realizing the size is too big for our planned use. We are now scouting for a smaller sized land in the same area for our proposed luxury flat.
